Schedule of Shoot
To schedule a shoot, simply contact us on our mobile. Let us know the preferably weekdays or weekends, and the full address. We will get back to you on an availability date.
Cancellations of Shoot
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we allow cancellation of photoshoot up to 24 hours prior to the shoot. Should there be a need to reschedule a shoot, kindly communicate clearly with us again on the preferred date.
Photos / Media Post Processing
The photos are typically ready within 1 month of the production date. Should there be any delay, it will be communicated to you in advance.
Payments
Payments are to be made prior to collection of photos for single session. For package plans, full payment is to be made prior to the start of the shoot to enjoy the discount.
Top Up Fees
Top Up Fees occur when you are on basic shoot and would like to have our staging, or videography service. Additional invoice will be sent to you for the top up. The top up fees will need to be cleared prior to collecting of the media.
No-Shoot Fees
In an unforeseen circumstance where we are unable to shoot due to
1. The location is too messy to continue with the shoot
2. Owner is not around for the shoot
3. Owner cancelled the shoot.
4. Shoot is cancelled without informing us.
And we are already on our way, or have had reached the location of the shoot. A No-Shoot Fee will be imposed for the transportation, and our lost of income.
The no-shoot fee is $150. (Accurate as on 1/1/24)
Late Payment Fees
We love a long-term partnership with our business partners. However, we do need to feed ourselves as well. Late payment may cause us not able to afford our next meals. Hence, we appreciate that you will make payment within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will have a late payment fee of 10% each month.
Copyrights
Photos not fully paid shall remain fully under the rights of VFJ Creations. We shall have the all the rights to use the media in our social media accounts, or anywhere else we may need to.
You are also in agreement that we are allowed to use the photos/ media we have taken for our social media accounts, and marketing needs.
Package Prices for HDB/Condominium Sizes
Package prices are for HDB or Condominium sizes. Landed houses are not included in our packages. Depending on the size of the landed house, more than 1 photoshoot from the package will be considered for 1 landed house photoshoot.
Package Expiry
Package has a 2 years expiry date, from the date of the invoice. Once the package is expired, you are required to do a top-up, to continue using the package, based on the most updated pricing. The fees to top-up are depending on the number of photoshoot left, plus the price difference to the most updated pricing.
Package Expiration Top-up Fee
To continue using the package after the expiration, you will need to top-up to the current pricing, based on the top-up amount to match current pricing, times the number of shoots left. On top of that, there will be an admin charge of $50. Package will be extended for 1 year from the top-up invoice date
Agreement
By proceeding and paying our invoice, you agree to our terms and conditions stated above.
